Good location. Its just that my request to put me on the 1st floor was not granted. I have a crippled foot making it hard for me to climb stairs but i still get the topmost room

I liked how it was close to the "banwa", access to food places, 7-Eleven, and near my relatives. The staff are nice and let us check-in early for a reasonable fee for 2 rooms. The building needs more improvement like the shower in our room was broken and it had this funky smell (looks like coming from molds) that we had to buy air freshener to fight off that smell. The room design is like that of a typical boarding house in the city. I suggest doing some modifications in the interior designs to make them look like modern and make sure the rooms are checked every day for the smell

I had a great stay at this hotel, with its conveniently located property making it easy to find. The room was spacious enough for two of us, and we felt it was a good value for the price we paid. The complimentary breakfast, which included bottled water, was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
