The “The Charleston” is a modern hotel in a very good location in Galle Fort. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also tasty, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset with delicious drinks. The rooms are a bit noisy.
“Perfect location with excellent staff.”
The location was perfect and the staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms were exceptionally well fitted out, with lovely decor and a beautiful bathroom. We loved the courtyard. Minor issues: no TV and no mini‑bar fridge.
“Pleasant & enjoyable. Staff very helpful.”
The staff were wonderful and professional, the rooms were very clean, and the location was handy, but there was no fridge.
“Staff was lovely, very clean & tidy, great location”
The location, staff, and property were good. The place was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was huge with a bathtub.
Excellent rooms, though slightly small in size. The pool is quite small. The staff were super attentive and responsive, and the food in general was excellent. The breakfast spread could have been better.
