The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged and convenient. The air‑conditioning worked perfectly. There is a balcony with a sunset view of the city, and the bed, pillows, and linens are incredibly comfortable, giving the sense that everything is new and high‑quality. The location was exactly what we needed in that part of town, and we were satisfied with our choice—unlike more central hotels, this place is quiet and calm at night. There is a small but well‑equipped gym and a spa zone. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The lobby bar is cute, featuring a little lion figurine. The breakfast was not very varied; there were few guests, so spreading out the food was not ideal. The key points were covered. When I came to the spa zone in the morning, I asked to have it turned on in advance as they requested, but nothing really warmed up. The jacuzzi was icy. The space is cute but small; one or two groups and it would be too crowded.

I was blown away by the value for money; the reality surpassed my expectations, which was a real delight. The breakfasts were solid, the lodging conditions and conveniences were excellent, and arriving for a training session, I needed to rest and recharge. I slept very well and relaxed nicely. Thanks! 💚

What I liked most was the attitude of the girls at reception. They were very welcoming and responsive. One of them was apparently named Alsu. When I arrived at the hotel I realized I had forgotten my computer mouse, and I needed to send a few emails. The touchpad on my computer wasn’t working, so I decided to ask the reception girls for a mouse. They said they couldn’t give us one, but we asked anyway. To my surprise, when I got back to my room after about 10 minutes, someone knocked on the door and a hotel employee handed me a mouse. I was pleasantly surprised that even such requests were not ignored. The hotel itself, in terms of convenience and coziness, is simply the best of all the hotels I have stayed in in Shymkent. The impeccable cleanliness is noticeable. The spacious room with built‑in air‑conditioners is comfortable. All amenities, including shaving supplies, are provided. There is also the advantage of large balconies. The breakfasts are a whole other song. I have never seen better breakfasts even in hotels in Astana. In short, I recommend it to everyone. I was at the hotel in mid‑July 2026.
