I had an issue that was caused by Booking, not the hotel, and the staff were super attentive, trying everything possible to help us even though they had no responsibility. Special thanks to Katherine for being very patient, friendly and attentive at all times, and in general everyone helped us a lot with this problem. The room, one of the ones that faced the sea and the pool, was comfortable, the common areas are nice and tastefully decorated, the pool area is very pleasant for relaxing while looking at the sea. The place overall is very pretty. The overall treatment was exquisite and everyone was super friendly, waiters, reception staff, etc. They gave us a welcome drink and Toni always took care of us very well. I heard that they do not clean rooms unless requested, but I think that might be cultural, because it has happened to us in several hotels in Nicaragua; in Europe it is common for staff to clean rooms every day even if you don't ask. The pool needs some maintenance, not the daily maintenance that the staff do, which I could see they were doing all the time, but there was moss or something on the walls and the floor.
