The location's a major plus - I could walk to the Golden Temple in just 5 minutes. However, my room was a letdown; someone had apparently used it earlier in the day and the sheets hadn't been changed, the mattress was really uncomfortable, and breakfast was basically nonexistent. Not exactly the best experience.

It's super convenient, being right near all the main sights like the Golden Temple and Partition Museum. The rooms are also really spacious. That being said, we had some issues - the hot water wasn't working, and it took ages for the staff to respond to our requests.

I booked two rooms, but only got one - not exactly what I paid for. The cleaning could also have been better. On the plus side, they did have some of the food items from the menu available.

This hotel is a great find, located near the Golden Temple. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely garden view from the window.
