The hotel offers a good mix of activities that let you stay busy or just relax, and although English is the official language of Saint Lucia, it’s a real bonus when the staff can speak a bit of Creole.

“My stay was fabulous”

The food was great, the beach was lovely, the room was spotless, and the hotel staff were super friendly, helpful and courteous.

“OUR STAY AT ROYALTON WAS INDEED ROYAL AND WE WILL DO IT AGAIN.”

Our booking was made however Grita and Jamal of reservations were so informative and helpful though I wish I could have met them. Check-in was smooth ,the wait for the room was a bit dragged so we went for lunch which the food was delicious. Prosperity and rufus were very friendly i enjoyed their professionalism as well. Got to the room it was dreamy. We ended up heading to the pool a bit late but that was okay. Kiesha from guest services booked dinner for us so we went to dinner for about 8:30 at Hunters steakhouse. The host( which i didnt get his name)was patient and gentle ,love him. we got an EXCEPTIONAL SERVER named Syana and let me tell you she carried our dinner from time we sat to the time we left and my partner and I really enjoyed her company and her service was 100% out of this world. I am a server myself and im very big on service standards so having Syana as my server amplified my experience and I would do it all over again with her. Rufus knew we were having dinner over there so he came in to check on us and took pics Appetiser was tasty to start off. Food portions were small however they were tasty. But that desert ? And im not big on deserts however I enjoyed the life out of that Apple pie!!!. Syana organised the team to sing a birthday rendition to my boyfriend which he enjoyed alot. Overall dinning experience was amazing. Entertainment. We got to the kareoke a bit late so didnt get to enjoy that part however the bar service made up for it. We closed the night at the sports bar. Following day we didnt want to get out of bed it was just so comfortable. But we went to breakfast and the options are limitless I enjoyed breakfast and im not even a breakfast person. We went to the pool after and I just didnt want to leave to be really honest. Time to check out I have never gone to a hotel where the staff are trying to keep me from going home, so that part made me tear a little when checking out. THANK YOU ROYALTON, WE WILL BE BACK!. The hotel is very pleasant and offers a wide range of family activities. The setting is gorgeous and boredom is impossible! The many pools and quality restaurants let everyone enjoy great moments. Evening entertainment is fantastic, and the kids’ pool plus outdoor games are also highly appreciated. A beautiful place to enjoy a family holiday! At the reception, the staff unfortunately lacked professionalism, and this was felt repeatedly on different points during our stay. Moreover, the room initially assigned to us had a strong mold smell, making the air almost unbreathable. The person who welcomed us at arrival seemed to downplay the issue entirely and was more concerned about arranging a meeting to present commercial offers. That situation was especially disappointing and inappropriate, especially when traveling with young children and someone suffering from asthma. We expected more responsiveness and consideration for a problem that directly affected our comfort and health. The same issue appeared in the children’s playroom, where the animator seemed unenthusiastic and more like enduring the day than welcoming families. Fortunately, the setting, pools, restaurants, and numerous activities still allowed us to enjoy our stay. In short: a very nice hotel with great potential… but a few smiles for some services probably wouldn't warrant such a review! 😉
