Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
A very authentic old wooden house, but with all the modern improvements (new kitchen & bathroom, windows, mosquito nets, washing machine). Everything was very clean. Private parking next to the entrance. The location of the town is very good if you want short travels (by car) to all the Otztal main attractions. There is a small supermarket 200m from the house. Just the smallest things, like creaky floors and bathroom on the 1st floor while bedrooms are on the 2nd 😊

We stayed in a maisonette that had been refurbished, with wooden interiors and a well‑thought‑out kitchen stocked for cooking. Each room featured its own TV and was tastefully decorated with cute cushions, while the balcony displayed a beautifully tended flower display. Traveling with our dog was easy because there were nearby off‑leash areas. We especially enjoyed the sauna, which could be heated in the afternoon on request. The host was friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere is great, the bathroom is modern, there’s a wellness sauna, and dogs are allowed. Nothing to add.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, spacious apartment right in the heart of Alp. The furniture was super comfy and the kitchen was really well stocked. I loved that the infra-red sauna was on site - it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of skiing, snowboarding, or hiking. And, we were thrilled to receive a delicious welcome gift when we arrived.
