Luxurious, beautiful, and quiet, but had to pay for the pool and the room next to the lift.

The location, comfort, and cleanliness were great, yet the waiter at the breakfast buffet was rude and scolded me for eating a lot in the morning, which was really annoying.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the location is just minutes from the start of the Ninglinspo hiking trail and other attractions in the area (like the caves (grottes)). The room was comfortable and offered a great rate compared to others nearby. Spa access for the pool, jacuzzi, hamam, and sauna is available for €15 pp. The gym is also very comprehensive for a hotel and has much equipment, including even TRX bands. The included breakfast was also very comprehensive and fresh. Free parking in an easy and large lot was also great. This location was very helpful to access many restaurants and bakeries. They were also very thoughtful to include hiking shoe cleaning stations on each floor. The property was very clean but maybe very lightly dated in the sauna.
