We were very unhappy because the property did not meet the expectations set; there was moisture and mold on the headboard wall, we had to leave the room with many inconveniences and find another place in an unfamiliar city—terrible experience, and we are only waiting for proper compensation.

The air‑conditioner didn’t work properly and it was very hot.

It was pleasant and clean, the large bed was comfortable, the Duomo is a 25‑minute walk away and a big market is 2 minutes away, the area is nice, the room had a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, the building had a charming old elevator that left an impression even though I didn’t need to use it; however, there were no dishes, plates, or cooking set, and the shared kitchen caused a slight discomfort.

I thought from the description it was an apartment, but it turned out to be a room with a bathroom and the kitchen was shared with another room.
