The hotel is pretty, simple, and very comfortable because it’s so close to the airport. It has a good restaurant and a free airport shuttle.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself wasn’t cleaned properly—there was a lot of dust and hair, and the bathroom was disgusting.

Customer service was excellent and the location was great, but the pillows had long strands of hair on them, so we asked for fresh linens, and the tub had a big gash that needs fixing.
