The reception claimed that foreigners don’t receive a receipt for the service tax fee, a point the hotel should address, thanks.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster, with a dirty room and unfriendly staff. The whole place had a terrible smell that lingered throughout my stay, making it unbearable to be there.

I was a bit let down by my stay, particularly with the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be cooling properly. Unfortunately, that's all I can comment on, as I didn't get to experience much else during my visit. Hopefully, they can address this issue for future guests.

Despite some minor issues, I had a relatively pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find a stain on my towel, and the lack of a lift made it difficult for me to get to my room upstairs.
