The place looks nice, but it was in disrepair and not suitable for a business trip. I had to leave two hours after arrival and find another place. I requested a refund, but neither the hotel nor Booking responded, so I ended up paying twice—once there and once elsewhere. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Overall the facilities are decent. The bathrooms need improvement and the food offered could be better.

The hotel is pretty and the service is good. The only problem was that the pool was supposed to open at 8:30 am, but every day we arrived at 7:30 am there were kids yelling and waking everyone up, and no one told them to be quiet. It was very unpleasant to be woken up and not be able to rest because nobody enforced order.

I found the place cozy, pretty, easy to get to and peaceful, but they have rules about who counts as a child that I didn’t expect.

The rooms are comfy with a view of the courtyard, very quiet and pleasant, and the pool and greenery are great; they kindly let us have a European breakfast that wasn’t in the booking, and the staff were super helpful with useful tips, making our stay flawless.
