“Nice 2 night stay at the Prince of Wales”

I stayed in a room rated 3, the location was great on the main road opposite Osborne House, and the food was lovely with generous portions. The bedroom felt very comfortable and modern, windows opened and closed easily, and there were tea facilities; parking was also great and the staff were friendly. However, there were stains on the hallway carpet and a large stain in the middle of the bedroom floor, the shower was small but functional, and the corner sealant needed a touch‑up while the area behind the shower door was not cleaned when closed.

“A good room in a pub with above average food options”

Food was good with a great selection in the evening and breakfast, and the options for smaller appetites were excellent. The room was pleasant, the car park was large, and it’s great if you’re visiting Osborne House; the staff were responsive. The room could use a bit of love soon.

“Amazing staff and location”

The place had a really great location, excellent services, and the staff were welcoming, so I would definitely recommend it. The pictures, however, don’t do it justice.

“Great location & clean & comfortable room. Staff were all lovely”

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food we had was good quality, tasty, and good value, and there was plenty of choice of drinks at the bar. The shower cubicle was tiny and cramped.

The bed was comfortable. Traffic noise from outside was an issue and I couldn’t connect to the internet.
