The property is brand‑new, the room was fantastic, and the location was good, but the restaurant left a lot to be desired—try the Teleferic restaurant instead—and the spa was tiny.

Amazing place, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, and the bed and pillows were extraordinary, but we weren't told the parking was paid; they charged us at the end, which should have been announced.

The hotel’s location is very good, the overall appearance, the room, and all comfort aspects are very fine; the room is spacious and very well soundproofed—no outside noise is heard. The bathroom is large, and the kitchenette is decent but quite under-equipped; for example, I couldn't find cutlery. Unfortunately, the room‑service and restaurant experience was disappointing. We arrived around 20:00, were told the restaurant was very busy, so we chose room service. At 20:50 we ordered two portions of bolognese pasta and a beef steak with fries. We were told it would take about 20 minutes. After 35 minutes we called again, with a 4‑year‑old child waiting to eat. We were told it would take another 15 minutes, but the food arrived only at 22:10, after about 1h20. The pasta was cold and undercooked, and the medium steak was very well done on the outside and almost raw inside. We ate what we could so nothing would go to waste until the morning. The next day, at breakfast, we requested a fresh orange from the menu, but were served a soda from a dispenser. After explaining again what we wanted, we received the fresh orange. Also, it was unpleasant to hear staff members speaking harshly about customers. At checkout, the receptionist asked how the stay had been. I told her about the restaurant experience, and her reply was: “We’re sorry, if you haven’t paid yet, we could have spoken with the restaurant so you wouldn’t have to pay for the meal.” Thus, we were left with the meal paid for and largely uneaten. For a five‑star hotel, the restaurant and staff experience was far below expectations.

The location and the beds were comfortable, but the parking is very expensive.
