“I know it was a great experience”

The place was almost perfect, but finding it was a nightmare. The published address changed, so we ended up in the same building on a corner with two different addresses, which made us worry about fraud. After banging on unmarked doors until we finally located it, they let us check in early and someone was already there, which is a huge bonus in Europe. Checking in is a nightmare in Europe because they close for 3 to 4 hours in the middle of the day and many guests leave, so if you’re nearby and need to turn over your room, you’re stuck with your bags for hours and can’t leave them with the property, a recurring nightmare.

The room was much smaller than what we booked, it didn’t have a private bathroom, and the double bed was barely big enough for two people.

“PESIMO DEFICIENTE MALO NO RECOMENDABLE”

Absolutamente nada. Arruino nuestro Viaje por Roma. Llegamos y no había personal, no nos dejaron llaves o alguna información para poder ingresar a la habitación. Fue malísima la comunicación con el señor al siguiente día ya que habíamos reservado dos noches, la primera noche no nos pudimos hospedar, nos toco buscar otro hotel a última hora pagando costoso y transportes, luego fuimos al otro día y nos atendió un señor de mala manera nos entrego una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, no había ducha, el baño demasiado pequeño e incómodo. No había televisión, la ubicación fue pésima para llegar es demasiado lejos. Absolutamente nada. Arruino nuestro Viaje por Roma. Nothing. Dead insects, dirty and no staff.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but the location is great. The hygiene was poor, the bathroom had no shower cubicle, no rug so there was a risk of slipping, no elevator, and no one greeted us.
