The staff were friendly and the room was clean, which I liked. There were no steps, so even heavy luggage was fine. A supermarket nearby was convenient. I expected the Porta Nuova station to be closer, but since there aren’t many entrances, it felt farther than I thought.

The location is great, central and well connected, even though it’s in a pretty residential area. The rooms are fantastic, the beds are super comfortable, the showers are excellent, and the staff are very kind. I would definitely come back.
