The refrigerator in the room was covered in mold and the bathtub had burn marks that really stank.

The backsplash above the burners was stained, the burners themselves were stained, the chopped counter tops were dirty, broken pieces rattled in the AC unit, the screen was broken so I couldn’t open the windows without mosquitoes coming in, and the walls were dirty.

“Horrible, especially after driving for 6 hours”

The staff was friendly and tried to fix the problem, but the first room was gross, had no hot water, and was busted; they moved me and my grandson to a second room with one less bed, but that room was just as bad— the door didn’t shut properly, there was no lock on the main hallway door, and there was no shower curtain; when I mentioned this, the staff said they could do nothing because they were out of rooms. The rooms were filthy, sticking to the floors when walking, had no drawers—only the tracks where the drawers once were—child drawings on the first bathroom door and a whole punched in the second; there was no hot water in the first room, no shower curtain in the second, and the door didn’t shut nor was there a lock on the main door.

“Ghetto”

The location was convenient, yet the room was dirty, smelled like dogs and cigarettes, had bugs, no drawers or dresser, nothing in it (no kitchen stuff, no night lamp, no soap), and the chair leather was peeling.

“Save your money. You would do better sleeping in your car then staying here.”

The location was close to my family's home, but the carpet was filthy, the health department should inspect and shut the hotel down, the shower had no curtain, and when I called the front desk they said someone would come but no one ever arrived.
