Nothing good. The room was in terrible need of repairs, especially the bathroom. For what I paid, it was awful.

“The Dump avoid at all costs.”

The spot was great, but there was no cleaning service at all. I asked the front desk to have the room cleaned 24 hrs in advance, and I requested it every day for a whole week, yet nothing happened. I had to buy room deodorizers to mask the original smell. I stayed 8 nights, used the same sheets and towels for two days, and only managed to change them once at the front desk. The phone in the room never worked, and the heating system was broken for two days. They eventually fixed the unit, but it blew hot for 3–5 minutes and then cold air for 5–10 minutes. I set the thermostat to heat only, but I had to turn the system off because it was cold outside and the room was even colder 🥶. I spoke to the district manager about a possible compensation night for the frustration, but there was no response. I will never use this place again. It feels like a one‑night, last‑minute operation with no real availability.

The staff were polite and tried to fix things by cleaning the rooms themselves, claiming the “house keeper sucks.” They gave me a discount after I asked, especially since I dropped the third room because I didn’t want to wait any longer. My three rooms were confirmed as being together, but they weren’t. I arrived 8 hours after check‑in time and the rooms still hadn’t been cleaned, so at 11 pm with a car full of tired children I was told it would be another hour before we could have them. I appreciated the desk staff going to clean the rooms, but it was after midnight when we finally got them. There were boogers on the walls next to my bed even after they cleaned. People who stay there at weekly rates were in the room next to mine, drinking, cussing, and staying until about 3:30 am, mocking my family’s situation. The hotel staff were lazy, and a couple of times they bumped into my door and window, making it impossible to sleep or feel safe. There is no free breakfast, only free coffee. My kids kept pointing out the staff member’s shirt that said “the reason I am fat is because everytime I f*** your mom she makes me a sandwich,” so maybe some kind of professional dress code would be good, but I got the feeling this place doesn’t care about professionalism or guest experiences. They only do the bare minimum to get by and blame someone who isn’t there. The place is obviously under poor management.

Nothing good. The bathroom door had been kicked down and was never repaired. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. The bathroom was disgusting. People were hanging out in the parking lot in their cars, and people live there on a daily basis. It was a horrible experience.
