Every breakfast table had a sprig of rosemary with a bow, personal kindness, a spa letter written by hand; but the cleaning needs improvement, the chair in the room was dirty and the cushions were moved, and the breakfast presentation and quality could be better. The atmosphere feels impersonal and the fixed furnishings and curtains need better cleaning.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, yet the cleaning and organization were a bit lacking. I encountered serious issues upon arrival that didn't match a 5‑star hotel, but things improved over the days. I liked everything overall, but I think the hotel needs better management for the luxury market; the staff were friendly and attentive but lacked coordination throughout my stay. A solid training program would help them serve guests used to 5‑star service. The hotel has everything to be wonderful.
