I was impressed by the spacious room and the comfortable bed; the staff were exceptionally kind, ironing my husband's suit and waiting outside with us for the taxi, and they even made a lovely, delicious chai. The only downside was the nighttime whistle noises from outside, which were not the hotel’s fault.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety that catered to all tastes, with staff who were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile; everything was fresh, well‑prepared, and served on time, and the hospitality and professionalism of the staff truly stood out.
