The property was old and run down, with no kettles, iron, or fridge in the room. The room had cobwebs and the sheets weren't fully clean. Water pressure was extremely low. The curtains were see-through and thin, and there were only five hangers for two people.

The facility stayed quiet and the bar and restaurant staff were polite and helpful, yet the towels and wash rags had hair strands when we arrived, the shower was full of mildew, the toilet seat had urine droplets and a clear butt imprint, the shower mats were old and discolored even after changing, there was no small refrigerator, and the communal iron couldn’t stay in our room.
