“Lovely accommodation in a great location with excellent service!”

The location was excellent, within walking distance of both the train station and the historic city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean, and the property itself was beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The quality of the stay can depend on how considerate the neighbouring guests are, especially regarding noise, but the staff are very helpful and always ready to assist if any issues arise.

“Все було чудово 😊”

We stayed in a very comfortable place, located conveniently with a shop right next to it and everything else within walking distance. The cleanliness was top‑level; they cleaned our room while we were out walking, which pleasantly surprised us. We rented several apartments in Ferrari, but these were the best of those we booked. The only uncomfortable aspect was a neighbor who was inadequately behaved; we were with a child and he walked around naked, which was very odd, but that isn’t the fault of the apartment.

The location is quite convenient whether you arrive by car or by train. The property is poorly maintained. The bathroom leaves much to be desired. The fixtures are tiny, the shower has two steps to reach it and is poorly kept. There are many hairs around the bathroom when you arrive.
