The front desk staff had lovely smiles and guided me politely, and because the room was available I was upgraded to a higher tier even though I had booked at a very good price; the room was large, the bathroom and toilet were clean, and there was a massage chair, making my stay very comfortable. I don’t visit Morioka often, but I’d like to stay again. The only issue was one staff member who responded with a “huh?”—not a big deal, but still noted.
