Gran Kunturwasi Hotel Senior

There is no direct elevator, the room is large but the bed is small and it feels like a suite. The food was terrible.

The place is pretty, the elevator theme is interesting but it doesn't go up to the fifth floor, so moving luggage and everything feels a bit uncomfortable. Afterwards the rooms are nice, the facilities are clean, and well equipped. As mentioned, the elevator issue remains.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had its fair share of issues. The water wasn't hot, the elevator was extremely slow and only went up to the fourth floor, and the restaurant had nothing to offer on a Monday. Despite these problems, the hotel's overall cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere made up for some of the inconvenience.

“Ok”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the cleanliness of the facilities was truly impressive. The staff did an excellent job in maintaining a spotless environment, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the hotel does not offer parking facilities, which made it a bit inconvenient for me to get around.

“Muy buena atención”

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience. However, the hotel's cleanliness and organization were somewhat lacking, as everything seemed to be in a state of disarray, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Despite this, I still managed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
