Everything from the start was fantastic. Gael is a wonderful host who suggests great local activities and concerts, and the property is beautifully designed and well managed. Even during a heatwave, the building and grounds stayed comfortable and relaxing. The pool is the right size, with a nice lounge area and a fridge stocked with wine and sparkling water for purchase. Breakfasts are delicious, with perfect croissants and jam, and the other travelers we met there were all interesting. The whole place feels peaceful and relaxing. When we needed it, the wi‑fi was excellent and the a/c worked perfectly. We really hope to come back.

Gael is an excellent host, very communicative and great at offering suggestions for local activities The house is stunning and has been beautifully and thoughtfully restored into a very chic guest house Breakfast was lovely, with various home made jams and cake, and fresh pastries from local artisanal bakery. The air conditioning in our first room unfortunately didn't cool down the mezzanine level where the bed was, which was a struggle during a heatwave. However we were relocated for our second night to a lovely cool and comfortable room
