The property sits right next to the main road but the isolation is excellent. The room is spacious and fully equipped. Although it lacks a kitchen, it has a kettle, coffee pot, glasses, plates, cups, and shot glasses. The bathroom is comfortable, very clean, stocked with hotel soap and shampoo, and towels are plentiful. The terrace is definitely the highlight, offering a healing view. Below the accommodation you’ll find a restaurant and three similar venues within a minute’s walk, plus a well‑equipped market. A ten‑minute walk gets you to the beach in Buljarice, a half‑hour stroll to Lučice, and the city beach in Petrovac takes a bit more time, while Perazića Do isn’t far. The internet could be a touch better, but it generally worked fine.

The apartment is relatively affordable, yet we wouldn’t stay there again. The food at the nearby Georgian restaurant is very tasty, and guests receive a 10 % discount. The biggest drawback is comfort: the bed is extremely sagging and uncomfortable, and no decent bedding is provided. It also smells strongly from the drain, affecting both the bathroom and the kitchen corner of the room. From the balcony we could see the sea, but we barely used it because it’s on a busy main street and the air conditioner blows hot air directly onto the balcony, increasing the noise.

“Polecamy”

Everything was fine. Cleanliness was okay, the owner was friendly, and we stayed in contact with her throughout our stay; she offered a discount on food at the restaurant below the apartment. The room had a kettle, eating accessories like cups and cutlery, and a ashtray on the balcony. The air conditioning worked, the balcony view was beautiful, and it was close to the beach and the bus stop. Nearby there was a shop, a gas station, and several eateries. The room was quite large, so moving around was normal, and the bathroom was also spacious. I recommend staying here; we were satisfied. The Wi‑Fi was slow, but that might be due to our room’s location.

I booked a three‑person room with a sea view and paid for it, but I received a two‑person room; the left side of the bed was collapsed, so it fell in.
