When I arrived they told me the hotel was fully booked and directed me to the booking aggregator; the place is hard to reach by cab or public transport, and the staff ignored me, claiming they don’t update online booking status even when fully booked, yet all platforms still show availability. I wish they’d update their status or cancel overbookings to avoid this hassle.

The address given turned out to be fake; they denied my booking again and didn’t even let me check in.
