Good location and the staff were amazing, especially Ms. Ruthu at the front office. The room and the breakfast left something to be desired.

Room service needs a lot of improvement; phones aren’t answered even when routed to the front desk. Prompt service is lacking, and the food for in‑house guests, especially during room service, needs to be better.
