“Gangs and Drug dealers everywhere.”

I would give zero if I could; this place feels like a drug joint and gang spot, with open‑air drug use and intoxicated junkies everywhere upon arrival. The check‑in window is bullet‑proof glass, and when I asked to cancel a 5‑hour‑before booking because I had children, the staff laughed and said it was non‑refundable. We stayed, but a junkie could just bang on the door and scare my kids. The room smelled of cigarettes despite being non‑smoking, and gang graffiti covered the walls. It’s embarrassing that such properties are allowed.

“Good for the price you pay esp if it’s a quick trip and bring $20 cash for the deposit”

Check‑in was easy, with cameras everywhere in the parking lot for safety, and the bed was comfy. However, it’s very loud at night because it’s right next to the main street—cars honk all night, and I heard what I think were fireworks being fired several times.

The Lady in the Front office was very rude and unprofessional. I had a room that TV didn't work for the first 3 days I was there when I asked to have my room changed some guy attempted to fix my TV but he got frustrated and left. The whole experience was my worst I requested to.have maid service via the sign that hangs outside the door and left and came back and my room was not cleaned at all. The internet service only worked on one device a day. That was just the worst experience ever!

“Above average two star hotel in a busy area of Long Beach providing above average amenities for that class of Hotel”

I liked the variety of food options and the vending machines – other hotels in the same class usually had very few or none. The staff were very friendly and met my requests quickly. The hotel is pet‑friendly and offers good value. HBO was a nice perk, and the shower was excellent. Jackinl, the restaurant across the street, was a good choice. A phone in the room let me call the front desk or anyone worldwide. The toiletries were decent. I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room, and the floor could have been cleaner; my new white sock ended up dirty from walking around. When fireworks were fired early in the evening, several nights in a row, the noise was noticeable.
