The cleaning staff was really helpful, but that's about where the positives end. I booked through a third-party site, but the hotel didn't honor it - they told me there was no room available, even though I had already paid. They ended up giving me a room, but at a higher rate and it was pretty run down with torn bed sheets and a shabby toilet. Feels like a bit of a scam, to be honest.

We got to the hotel and they were super reluctant to give us our room - turns out they'd given it to someone who offered more money. We had to scramble to find another place to stay, which ended up costing us an extra 3500 rupees. The whole experience was pretty frustrating.

Apparently, the hotel had sold out due to fresh students arriving at NIT Warangal, but that doesn't excuse the super rude management. They seemed to have a problem with our booking, made through a third-party site, and weren't willing to work with us. We ended up wasting a few hours and shelling out extra cash for a room elsewhere - not exactly the best experience.

They basically told us they don't work with online bookings, and that was it - no room for us. No effort to accommodate us or explain the situation, just a flat rejection.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was pretty lacking - no basic amenities and facilities were a bit of a letdown. Still, the staff made an effort to assist us, which was appreciated.
