The hotel staff refused to let us in even though we had a room booking. After booking online, we arrived at the hotel but they denied us access. It was a very bad experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were allowed a late check‑out. The family room was spacious and any issues were resolved immediately. However, there were biting ants in the beds, the air‑conditioning unit dripped water, there was no toilet paper, and the Wi‑Fi was a bit sporadic.

The location and nearby facilities were great. The only downside was the parking.
