Everything was great, but the pool bar staff were extremely unprofessional and their attitude was downright insulting.
The staff were friendly and the restaurants were great, but the room left something to be desired.

The restaurants and food were top‑class, the hotel itself was very clean, the pools were great, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The only thing we expected was a smart TV in the room.
The staff at the pool and in the various restaurants were very friendly and the food was good. However, the cleanliness of the pool toilets was not up to a 5‑star hotel; they did not look very clean.

Everything about the resort thrilled us – the service was flawless and they never made a request too difficult. The restaurants delivered excellent food and service, and the lounge’s live music in the evenings was the perfect way to wind down a relaxed day. The only tweak I’d suggest is starting the family or children’s evening entertainment a bit earlier, around 19:00, which would benefit families with toddlers.
