The staff always greeted me with a smile, the main shopping area of Fukuoka is within walking distance, there is a luggage storage service before check‑in, and I could do a self‑check‑in with help from an employee. The place is great for shopping and walking, and umbrellas can be borrowed. The accommodation was in good condition, and the room cleaning was always thorough, which I liked. I left the room key inside the room and the staff responded quickly and politely. They also provided a coin laundry exchange right away, and the Wi‑Fi speed was fast. The room was large enough that three suitcases would almost fill it, but it had a water purifier and a window that could open a little for ventilation. There was a table, so I could enjoy convenience store snacks or have a light drink at night. The free ice cream at the public bath was missing, which was disappointing, and the smoking room on the second floor had a vending machine and water purifier next to it, which made it a bit inconvenient for non‑smokers and children. According to the kids I visited, someone in the men's bath accidentally dropped feces into the water, which floated around; the staff found it immediately but did not clean it or change the water, leaving it unattended, which was absurd. In the three‑person room, the topper mattress on the sofa bed kept falling out, so I was busy pushing it back in.
