“Caravan comfortable but sadly its a bit tired. However its in a superb spot overlooking the lagoon”

The location was excellent. Cups were dirty on arrival so I had to wash them. The fridge needed cleaning and cutlery had to be washed. I couldn’t open the main caravan door on arrival, so we used the double‑end doors for our stay. Several light switches in the lounge didn’t work; they were stuck and the light in the ensuite toilet was missing part of the switch, which could be unsafe if a child put their finger in, so there was no lighting in that room.

The location of caravan is perfect, the view is sensational, close to all the amenities and all local attractions. The caravan itself is clean and comfortable, plenty of room for 4 people. The site has great facilities, entertainment and a wide range of food options

“Amazing, clean and very ideal for families”

We booked the caravan and it was fantastic—clean, with an ensuite toilet in the master bedroom, and right next to everything: just a few minutes’ walk to the lagoon, clubhouse, and all the facilities. Parking was conveniently located right outside the property. Joyce, the owner of 49 Swanview, was excellent. The clubhouse hosted many events that require passes, and the children’s jungle discos were a highlight. Overall, the property was flawless.
