“Genial”
The stay was fantastic, especially the personal service and the location. The only downside was the noise from the dining area and kitchen; guests seemed unaware that there were rooms and wanted to rest at 22:00, 23:00, or 05:30, but otherwise everything was great!
The location was great, and Anna's excellent care, the crib set up, and the fully equipped dining and kitchen area were all superb! A suggestion for improvement would be to include a local product at breakfast, which is otherwise very good. We were surprised that using the kitchen required an additional 3€ fee, especially since it was a key factor in choosing Cal Mateu; it would have been preferable to include it in the overall price.
The experience was lovely in the middle of nature, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was perfect; we’ll be back.
The reception quality was good, but the bed was disappointing.
The place was peaceful and Anna was very hospitable, giving us two days of complete disconnection. Nothing else to mention.
