Nada. Suciedad general, ropa de cama sucia, el personal con importantes deficiencias lingüísticas, el baño sin limpiar probablemente desde hace mucho tiempo. No recomendable

Rooms were not clean, room was not same as shown in picture. Hotel staff not supporting. Hotel staff asked for cash payments and was not happy as I have paid all amount to treebo online

I had a really bad experience at Royal Galaxy when I visited Prayagraj for the holy bath at Sangam. The hotel was overpriced, charging 6-7K to 10-12K per day, but the room was super uncomfortable - the bed was hard to sleep on and there were no towels or toiletries. The bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned properly, and the door lock didn't work, which made us feel unsafe.
