The small attic room was unbearably hot, and the air‑conditioner was oversized for the room; the attic and the AC were poorly sized—don’t be misled, you need an AC, but a lower‑power unit would keep the attic consistently cool.

The place is quiet and orderly, a few steps away from a shop and a restaurant, and about a 10‑minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was plentiful, offered in several flavours and served nicely. In the courtyard we could have calm conversations in the evening, and any issue was resolved quickly when requested.

The bathroom was spacious, but the air‑conditioning didn't work. The furniture was dusty, the dining area wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were food crumbs under the table.
