On the second day of staying at the hotel I went out for a walk and the main door closed; I had to wait outside until 11 p.m. in the cold for someone to open the door so I could get back to my room, feeling scared and alone while paying. There was no staff to help, and as mentioned before, they charged me a 100‑dollar deposit that they never refunded.
