La habitación amplia, limpia, con cama cómoda y contras en las ventanas, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Las zonas comunes limpias y con todo lo necesario. Tienen el detalle de dejar cápsulas para café, para hacer té. La atención de 10 La ubicación perfecta. Lo único que puede suponer un problema es el acceso por escaleras, sobre todo para personas con movilidad reducida

This is a small guesthouse. We booked a triple room because we wanted our own bathroom. It turned out there are only 4 rooms, and we hardly encountered other guests. The room was very clean and spacious, with white sheets and towels. The shower was clean and hot water was always available. The room had coffee capsules for the machine. Almost all the dishes were present. There is a washing machine, you can wash anytime because detergent is provided. There’s a fridge for storing food. Overall, it was comfortable. The location is great: about 7 minutes on a calm walk to the Duomo, and 5 minutes to the train station. The host was friendly, gave detailed directions, met us, and helped carry our luggage to the room. The only drawback is that the 4th floor has no elevator, but we left in the morning and returned in the evening, so it wasn’t a big deal. In short, if I go to Florence again, I’ll try to book a room here.

“Definitely recommended!”

The place is in a great spot and the host is fantastic! Everything you need is there. The only downside is there’s only one toilet, so if someone takes two hours to shower it’s a nightmare. The wall is thin, my neighbors were loud after 11 pm, but the host handled it for me.

“Increíble y repetiremos cuando volvamos.”

We liked everything. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the city center and all the city’s points of interest. Public transport was also very close. The guy running the place was super friendly and welcomed us early so we could drop off our bags. The cleanliness was excellent. A marvel. The only thing is there are many steps, but it’s not a problem if you have help or little luggage.

“Muy recomendable para visitar Florencia.”

The best part was how friendly the staff were, always attentive, and especially the location, just a stone's throw from the city center. It’s also close to the train, tram, and metro stations, and you have cafés, restaurants, and shops right around the corner. In 5-10 minutes you can reach the Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore, so you can walk around all of Florence without any trouble. The only downside was that at night, until about 12, there was a bit of street noise.
