The property sits right next to all the Hanoi sights, and everything you need is within walking distance. The room feels a bit cramped, but that’s not a major issue.

Staying with my kids was a delight, largely thanks to the helpful staff—Manager Jane, and front‑desk teammates Ham and Eric—who welcomed us warmly and were professional throughout. I had booked this place three times during my Hanoi trip. The rooms were a good size with comfy beds that ensured a solid night’s sleep. When we needed to cancel a different property that was falling short of basic standards, the team went above and beyond to secure rooms for us on short notice, which we truly appreciated. The hotel offers solid value, and its location in the French Quarter is convenient—quiet yet close to the Old Quarter. All in all, a reasonably priced spot with comfortable rooms and outstanding staff, especially Jane, Ham, and Eric.
