“Pathetic not with the money they charge”

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that our allocated room was on the second floor, which was a shock considering I had mentioned that we would be traveling with a senior citizen. Unfortunately, there was no lift facility, and we had to carry our belongings up the stairs ourselves. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, and we had to demand a change of room or a refund.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable for two people, and the location was good. However, the room was much smaller than I had expected, and the website should be updated with the latest pictures to reflect this. Despite the issues, I would consider staying here again, but only if I knew what to expect.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the exterior and reception area were impressive, the reality of my room fell short of my expectations. I was initially misled by the room description, which turned out to be quite small and basic, lacking essential amenities such as a safe, sofa, and even basic toiletries. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were also not cleaned properly, which was a major letdown.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything seemed to go wrong. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and the facilities were subpar. I was shocked by the lack of basic amenities, and the room was not what I had expected. Despite the many issues we encountered, the staff seemed reluctant to help us resolve the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
