Boutique Suites Lisse - Keukenhof

We booked this hotel for the second time because of its excellent central location in Lisse. Lisse and the surrounding areas are wonderful places to visit, so we had a nice holiday overall. The staff were again very friendly and the room was always clean. A big plus is the free parking nearby. Unfortunately, this time some expectations were not met. The rooms are extremely sound‑prone. The noise from the restaurant below and other guests was very disturbing, so even earplugs didn’t help. Breakfast is adequate but could be more varied and appealing in presentation. Also, the towels smelled extremely strong of chlorine, as if they were washed too well. We appreciate the hospitality and the great location, but because of the noise and these issues we probably won’t book again next time.

The apartment was very large and well equipped, and the beds were very good. There was a lot of noise from parties and music.

“Effcient verblijf in Hartje Lisse”

The hotel was fully online, so I didn’t see any staff; it takes some getting used to. The spacious room had all the facilities, great for a short stay. Because it was an online hotel, there was no warm welcome or lobby vibe. The AI‑Wapp assistance was quick and thorough. On the downside, both the left and right sides of the room and bathroom needed maintenance.

“Comfortabele kamer maar te lawaaierig voor ons”

The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was noise from the downstairs restaurant and from an air‑conditioner or heat pump that ran most of the night; it was in the hallway right next to our room.
