The location, the friendliness of the receptionists, the security, and the cleanliness were all positives, but there was no breakfast offered, the towels were subpar, my shared room lacked a TV, and the post‑checkout shower fee did not include a towel.

Tudo estava ótimo, fui tratada com muito carinho e a recepção é incrível – queria ser amiga deles! O quarto era bom, arejado e o ambiente limpo. Só que o silêncio não era respeitado; como a casa é antiga, podia ouvir tudo do andar de cima. Fora isso, tá bem.

Tudo de bom: as atendentes são maravilhosas, o local limpo e organizado, localização ótima. O quarto, banheiro, TV e a vista da cidade foram incríveis – tirou fotos maravilhosas. Amei, super recomendo, parabéns às meninas, atendimento nota mil, lugar maravilhoso!

As Thai e Kyara são simplesmente maravilhosas, recomendo demais! Não há nada a reclamar, é o melhor de Ouro Preto.
