The location is very good—just a walk from Termini train station and the main sights, and the breakfast offered many choices. However, the room’s style seemed to trump substance: the walls needed repainting because of many scuff marks, the air conditioning didn’t cool well so we had to keep the window open all night, and the city‑centre noise (sirens, road traffic) was noticeable; the beds were also uncomfortable.
