“Väldigt bra läge, ok pris, bra frukost, men inte perfekt städat.”

The location is great and the breakfast is good, but the rooms weren’t fully cleaned; there were hair in the shower and the floor mats weren’t fresh.

The room was spotless and lovely, and we skipped breakfast, but the staff seemed clueless about the beach‑side restaurant’s opening hours— we planned a dinner there only to find it closed. Wi‑Fi details were only at the front desk, not in the room, which was odd. Worse, construction noise with heavy equipment rattled the place from 8‑9 pm until almost midnight, showing poor planning.

“Buena ubicación/ mal servicio.”

The location was fine, but we were never told about construction right in front of our room until 2:30 am, so we couldn’t sleep in a room that cost more than €200 a night.

“Hotel rating should be 3 stars”

The location was perfect…near the flower market which offered a selection of good restaurants and only one block from the beach. For a 4 star we were disappointed that the room did not have wine glasses although mini bar was stocked with champagne etc. We requested twin beds which were confirmed but not made up when we arrived. No mattress covers on beds. Shame about construction just outside our window. Plus our room was not a renovated premium but a superior double as advertised
