“Exactly what I needed after a cancelled flight: fast, warm, and right by the airport.”

I had my flight cancelled late at night and needed a place to stay urgently; the property had my room ready within 30 minutes, the heating already on, and everything set up for my arrival. It was a huge relief after a stressful evening, and the location is incredibly convenient for the airport, making my early rebooked flight the next morning so much easier. I really appreciated the care and efficiency.

“Highly recommend this as place to launch your NZ holiday from.”

I wish we could have stayed longer to chat with the owners – they were so relatable and friendly, but our travel plans cut the visit short. The facilities were fantastic and the garden beautiful; the hospitality was superb, and they offered to drive us to our Britz van down the road. The vibes from Greg and Sue were great. The place is very close to the airport and even closer to the motorhome depots, so I highly recommend it. We didn’t arrive until 1 am because of flight delays, but that was not an issue – they left the light on in our Studio and arranged everything so we could get straight out of our taxi and into our room with minimal fuss. It was a great start to our trip. The only downside was that we didn’t spend more time there; the swimming pool and tennis court looked terrific – next time maybe.
