Hotel Bella Casa

The room, breakfast, and staff were lovely, and the hotel’s city location was great; it’s a beautiful property. However, the street was under construction, making car access impossible, which caused a hassle with luggage during arrival and departure and wasn’t disclosed beforehand. Inside the room, a broken window was not mentioned beforehand, and the phone stayed non‑functional even after three complaints to staff, who did nothing. Finally, the lack of an elevator made the stay less comfortable, especially when bringing luggage in and out.

The location was fine, but via Ristavelli Street was still under renovation, so it was dirty and noisy. I booked a room that promised a balcony, but there was none; the staff were slow to respond, rude, and after a dispute gave us a lower‑comfort room with a tiny, inconvenient balcony under the stairs. The hotel is not worth the money, and I won’t return.

Always clean, pleasant, and cozy. The only downside was the noise between rooms—snorts and toilet‑lid slaps from the neighboring room were audible, and we probably heard them too.

“Huge construction in front of the hotel”

The location is actually good and easy to reach the center. The room was huge, very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The balcony was big, but the view was “no view.” Breakfast was good. No elevator, and there’s huge construction on the road right in front of the hotel, so cars can’t reach it. We had to carry our luggage through this construction, walking on dirt and off‑road paths. We were lucky to get a room on the other side, so the noise didn’t bother us as much, but overall it was very noisy.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially the woman Anna who prepared breakfast. They were very accommodating and lovely. There is no elevator, making it hard to carry bags, and now a huge street renovation is underway.
