A very quiet hotel in an optimal city centre location, with a good, varied breakfast and friendly, very helpful staff. The room service could have been cancelled in favour of a drink from the minibar, which would have saved time since everything was handled very superficially!

The staff were very friendly, competent, and always smiling. The air conditioning didn't work; it seemed more like a ventilation system with a cooling option that simply failed.
