Shiv and his staff could not have been more helpful. A special mention for Santos, who always had a smile on his face—nothing was too much to ask. The location is peaceful, the lodges are luxurious, very clean, and comfortable, and the food is freshly prepared to your specifications. It was lovely to sit outside our lodge and listen to the birds. Nivaas is only a five‑minute drive from the gateway for Zones 1‑5, making it great for safaris booked in those zones. We also booked a school visit to the local village, which was wonderful. A touch of luxury between our visits to the main cities on the Golden Triangle—definitely worth it!

“Far exceeded expectation - wonderful stay”

We just left Nivaas after a two‑night stay, and it far exceeded our expectations. We were a little worried because of the lower number of reviews compared to other places we had booked during our trip, but we shouldn’t have been. I echo what many of the other five‑star reviews say. The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful, the accommodation was faultless (meticulously clean, comfortable beds, fantastic seating areas, and a private outdoor shower). The swimming pool was beautiful. The highlight was the staff, who were on hand for anything you need and essentially provided a butler service, whether that was the pool or our room. Everyone was friendly—from the gentleman at the gate, to those helping with our luggage or maintaining the garden. Aside from Shiv (one of the owners), Santosh mainly looked after us and he was wonderful; Balram (the chef) made excellent food that was delicious, and we were never left hungry! Shiv coordinated with our driver to arrange all transfers to and from the safaris, a Ranthambore fort tour, and an outdoor cooking demonstration, which made the stay very relaxing. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we next visit Ranthambore! Thank you very much to the whole team. The location is more remote down a rough track, but since Nivaas arranged transfers for us, that really wasn’t a big problem.

We had an amazing stay here, it was the perfect place to unwind between safaris. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and the food served was absolutely delicious. A very special place!

This is an exceptional place that I cannot recommend enough. We had three days here and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and the beds so comfortable. The views onto the park are beautiful and sitting out listening to the birds and enjoying the view was wonderful. All our safaris and transfers were organised and the food, all freshly cooked on site, was amazing. Every evening we enjoyed drinks by the fire and were also provided on our last night with entertainment from a group of very talented musicians. An absolute must if you are staying in Ranthambore and thank you all for some very special memories
