“Inside was amazing outside location wise not so much”

The staff were amazing, helping me in so many ways; my mom dropped me off for a special event night and they lowered the parking rate (which would have been $40) because she was there for less than an hour just to help me carry my bag. They also accommodated my late checkout because of an exam. Truly incredible staff! I couldn’t really influence the outside environment, but walking outside felt very dangerous, especially as a young solo female; I felt I couldn’t go out at all. Even standing right outside the hotel waiting for my ride for less than 5 minutes felt unsafe.

“ロケーションがとても良いホテルです。”

I booked this hotel to go to a concert at TD Stadium. The area around TD Stadium isn’t very safe, so I chose a hotel very close to it. Security staff were always at the entrance, which gave me peace of mind. I was traveling with kids, and after the concert we could return home right away, which was reassuring. The room was clean and the view was good. The hotel’s connected shopping center had a supermarket with plenty of Asian food and ready‑to‑eat dishes, so I never ran out of food. The underground parking lot is large, but following the directions leads to a dead end that requires a U‑turn from the back; several cars were coming from behind, which was very stressful.

“Great stay travelling from USA. Highly recommended hotel.”

The rooms were clean and safe, and the front‑desk receptionist was courteous and very professional, making check‑in quick and easy.
